There are many ways to get involved in the advocacy work of the ELCA at local, state and national levels. You can:

  • • Write letters to the editor
  • • Telephone your elected official
  • • Meet with legislators
  • • Participate in a Town Hall/Candidate Forum
  • • Attend an advocacy event
  • • College students: Start a Student Advocacy Team
  • • Help us manage our website
  • • Help with database and office work
  • • Help us make phone calls to our network
  • • Host a Hunger 101 event at your church
  • • Host a Creation Care forum and advocacy training
  • • Join our network
